Pumpkin Cookie Bars (Homemade with Love)
1 cup of solid packed pumpkin
1/2 cup quick oats                             Â
3/4 cup undiluted Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup firmley packed brown sugar  Â
1/4 cup of chopped nuts
1 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon                 Â
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup melted butter                        Â
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon allspice                         Â
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add butter; mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13×9x2 inch baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake in slow oven (325 degrees) 25 to 30 minutes or until toothipick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool Completely.
Cream Cheese Topping:
beat together until fluffy one 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmalade. Spread over cooled bars. Â

1 16oz can pumpkin
1/4 cup Syrup              Â
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon     Â
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup brown sugar    Â
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg    Â
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
br /> Beat eggs. Add all ingredients and stir untill blended. Pour into unbaked 9 ” pie shell. Bake 450 degrees for 15 minutes then 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
